The Rundfunk-Kinderchor Berlin was founded in 1955 by Manfred Roost, the choir’s present director. The ensemble has toured Europe, America, and Asia, and has also recorded music by Britten, Kodály, Franz Waxman, Paul Dessau, and Hanns Eisler.
