A contemporary Yiddish theater performer, Joanne Borts made her Broadway debut in Fiddler on the Roof in 1991. She has performed in some of the most prestigious venues in the United States, and with some of the most prominent figures in contemporary Jewish music. She is also the director, co-founder, and co-star of Kids & Yiddish.
